Questions we get asked
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. They open a link and their card is there. If they want it on their home screen their phone will offer that, but nothing is required.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your card pauses and shows your customers a polite message. Nothing is deleted, and everyone's stamps are exactly where they left them when you come back.
Can my staff use it without seeing my settings?
Yes. Staff logins can scan and stamp and look customers up, but cannot change rewards, prices or settings, or delete anyone.
Is my customer list mine?
Yes. You can export it as a spreadsheet whenever you like, and no other shop on Loyal Sathii can see any of it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. Tell us and we will move you over — your customers and their stamps are untouched.
